Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi on Sunday launched the Mera Ghar Mere Naam scheme to give ownership rights to the people living in the houses built within the red line of villages and cities.
Mera Ghar Mere Naam scheme: Recently Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Channi has started a new scheme named ‘Mera Ghar Mere Naam’. On this occasion, the Chief Minister said that earlier this scheme was started only for the people living in the villages. But now it will be extended to the eligible residents of the cities falling in the red streak area.
The main objective of this scheme is to give ownership rights to the people living in ‘Lal Lakir’ houses of villages and cities. The land area which is a part of village settlement and is used only for non-agricultural purposes is known as a red streak.
Under this scheme, the state government will conduct drone surveys of residential properties in both rural and urban areas for digital mapping. In this, property cards will be distributed to all the eligible residents. Ownership rights will be granted in a time-bound manner only after verification. The property card will serve the purpose of the registry for which they can get loans from banks or even sell their properties.
हाल ही मे पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री चरणजीत चन्नी ने ‘मेरा घर मेरे नाम’ नामक एक नई योजना की शुरुआत की है| इस मोके पर मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि पहले यह योजना केवल गांवों में रहने वाले लोगों के लिए ही शुरू की गई थी| लेकिन अब इसे लाल लकीर क्षेत्र में आने वाले शहरों के पात्र निवासियों तक पहुंचाया जाएगा|
इस योजना का मुख्य उद्देश्य गांवों और शहरों के ‘लाल लकीर (Lal Lakir)’ के घरों में रहने वाले लोगों को मालिकाना अधिकार दिलाना है| वह भूमि क्षेत्र जो गाँव की बस्ती का एक हिस्सा है और केवल गैर-कृषि उद्देश्यों के लिए उपयोग किया जाता है, लाल लकीर के रूप में जाना जाता है|
इस योजना के तहत राज्य सरकार डिजिटल मैपिंग के लिए ग्रामीण और शहरी दोनों क्षेत्रों में आवासीय संपत्तियों का ड्रोन सर्वेक्षण करेगी| इसमे सभी पात्र निवासियों को संपत्ति कार्ड बाटें जायेगे| सत्यापन के बाद ही समयबद्ध तरीके से मालिकाना अधिकार प्रदान किया जाएगा| संपत्ति कार्ड रजिस्ट्री के उद्देश्य की पूर्ति करेगा जिसके लिए वे बैंकों से ऋण प्राप्त कर सकते हैं या अपनी संपत्ति भी बेच सकते हैं|
