UNADAP ने एम नेत्रा को नियुक्त किया ‘गुडविल एंबेसडर फॉर द पुअर’
A 13-year-old girl from Tamil Nadu, M Netra has been named ‘Goodwill Ambassador for the Poor’ by the United Nations Association for Development and Peace. UNADAP said that Netra would be given the opportunity to speak at the United Nations (UN) conferences in New York and that she would address civil society forums and conferences in Geneva. Dixon Scholarship has awarded Netra a scholarship amount of Rs 1,00,000.
(तमिलनाडु की 13 वर्षीय लड़की, एम नेत्रा को संयुक्त राष्ट्र के विकास और शांति संघ (United Nations Association for Development and Peace) द्वारा ‘गुडविल एम्बेसडर फॉर द पुअर’ बनाया गया है। UNADAP ने कहा कि नेत्रा को न्यूयॉर्क में संयुक्त राष्ट्र (यूएन) सम्मेलनों में बोलने का अवसर दिया जाएगा और वह जेनेवा में सिविल सोसाइटी फोरम और सम्मेलनों को संबोधित करेंगी। डिक्सन स्कालरशिप ने नेत्रा को 1,00,000 रुपये की छात्रवृत्ति राशि से सम्मानित किया है।)
Earlier, the 13-year-old girl had persuaded her father C. Mohan to spend Rs 5 lakh saved for her education during the lockdown to provide essential items to the poor. This money was saved by Netra’s education and his father’s future admission to the civil service.
