Pawandeep Rajan was announced as Indian Idol 12’s winner on Sunday night. The singer revealed his initial thoughts after winning the show.
After a long journey of the last 10 months, Pawandeep Rajan has become the winner of ‘Indian Idol 12’. Pawandeep, who hails from Uttarakhand, has received the Indian Idol trophy along with Rs 25 lakh and a car reward.
Pawandeep Rajan said that when he took the trophy of Indian Idol 12 in his hand, tears started flowing from his mother’s eyes. Pawandeep said, ‘I didn’t think much at the last moment. All I had in mind was that whoever wins this show, the trophy will be in the hands of a friend because now we are like a family. Even when I got the trophy, I was not feeling so well because we all deserved it.
Pawandeep said, ‘Karan Johar sir has offered me a song in Dharma Productions and I hope it will happen soon. Himesh sir already gave chances to me and Arunita and we have sung 2 songs for them. Pawandeep also said that he wants to sing for Bollywood’s biggest music directors AR Rahman and Pritam. Also, he said that his dream is to do playback singing for Salman Khan.

(पवनदीप राजन ने कहा कि जब उन्होंने इंडियन आइडल 12 की ट्रोफी अपने हाथ में ली तो उनकी मां की आंखों से आंसू बहने लगे थे| पवनदीप ने कहा, ‘आखिरी समय पर मैंने ज्यादा कुछ नहीं सोचा| मेरे दिमाग में बस इतनी बात थी कि जो भी इस शो को जीतेगा, ट्रोफी अपने किसी दोस्त के हाथ में ही आएगी क्योंकि अब हम एक परिवार की तरह हैं| यहां तक कि जब मुझे ट्रोफी मिली तो मुझे इतना भी अच्छा नहीं लग रहा था क्योंकि हम सभी इसके हकदार थे|’)
(पवनदीप ने कहा, ‘करण जौहर सर ने मुझे धर्मा प्रॉडक्शंस में एक गाना ऑफर किया है और मुझे उम्मीद है कि जल्द ही ऐसा होगा| हिमेश सर ने पहले ही मुझे और अरुणिता को चांस दिया और हमने उनके लिए 2 गाने गाए हैं|’ पवनदीप ने यह भी कहा कि वह बॉलिवुड के सबसे बड़े म्यूजिक डायरेक्टर एआर रहमान और प्रीतम के लिए गाना चाहते हैं| साथ ही उन्होंने कहा कि उनका सपना सलमान खान के लिए प्लेबैक सिंगिंग करने का है|)
