N Venudhar Reddy appointed as Director General of All India Radio
Recently, an Indian Information Service, 1988 batch IIS officer N Venudhar Reddy has been appointed as the Director-General of All India Radio. Presently working as Principal Director General of News Services Division, All India Radio, he was given additional charge of All India Radio on the approval of the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet.
All India Radio, officially known as All India Radio since 1957. Reddy has vast experience in media planning and management, administration and newsgathering. He has previously worked with All India Radio News and Doordarshan News in various positions.
(हाल ही मे, एक भारतीय सूचना सेवा, 1988 बैच के आईआईएस अधिकारी एन वेणुधर रेड्डी को ऑल इंडिया रेडियो के महानिदेशक के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया है| वे वर्तमान में समाचार सेवा प्रभाग, ऑल इंडिया रेडियो के प्रधान महानिदेशक के रूप में कार्यरत, उन्हें कैबिनेट की नियुक्ति समिति के अनुमोदन पर आकाशवाणी का अतिरिक्त प्रभार दिया गया था|)
