In this bill, there is a proposal to ban from applying in government jobs to contesting elections in local bodies if there are more than two children. There is also a mention of not giving benefits of government schemes in this bill.
Recently, the State Law Commission has prepared the draft of UP Population (Control, Stabilization and Welfare) Bill-2021 for population control in Uttar Pradesh. In this, there is a proposal to ban from applying in government jobs to contesting elections in local bodies if there are more than two children.
The State Law Commission has prepared the draft of the Uttar Pradesh Population Bill-2021, on which the public can give their suggestions till July 19. The draft Uttar Pradesh Population Bill-2021 released by the State Law Commission has thrown light on “kids are good”.
This law will be called the Uttar Pradesh Population (Control, Stabilization and Welfare) Act, 2021 and will be applicable across the state. It will come into force after one year from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. Under which a State Population Fund will be formed and it will be used to implement this law.
(हाल ही मे, उत्तर प्रदेश में जनसंख्या नियंत्रण के लिए राज्य विधि आयोग ने यूपी जनसंख्या (नियंत्रण, स्थिरीकरण व कल्याण) विधेयक-2021 का ड्राफ्ट तैयार किया है| इसमें दो से अधिक बच्चे होने पर सरकारी नौकरियों में आवेदन से लेकर स्थानीय निकायों में चुनाव लड़ने पर रोक लगाने का प्रस्ताव है|)
(राज्य विधि आयोग ने उत्तर प्रदेश जनसंख्या बिल-2021 का मसौदा तैयार किया है, जिस पर जनता 19 जुलाई तक अपने सुझाव दे सकती है| राज्य विधि आयोग द्वारा जारी उत्तर प्रदेश जनसंख्या विधेयक-2021 के मसौदे में ’’बच्चे दो ही अच्छे’’ पर रौशनी डाली है|)
(इस कानून को उत्तर प्रदेश जनसंख्या (नियंत्रण, स्थिरीकरण और कल्याण) अधिनियम, 2021 कहा जाएगा और यह पूरे राज्य में लागू होगा| यह राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से एक साल के बाद लागू होगा| जिसके तहत एक राज्य जनसंख्या कोष का गठन किया जाएगा और इसका इस्तेमाल इस कानून को लागू करने के लिए किया जाएगा|)
