The World Bank has estimated India’s GDP (Gross Domestic Product) growth to be in the range of 7.5 to 12.5 per cent during FY 2021-22 (FY 22).
Recently, the report released by the World Bank named ‘South Asia Vaccinates’ states that’ India’s growth rate is estimated to be between 7.5 percent and 12.5 percent in FY 2021-22, given the global uncertainty due to the epidemic.
A World Bank official said that the growth rate may be slightly above 10 percent. The World Bank has given this estimate in its report named South Asia Vaccines. The growth rate will depend on how the vaccination campaigns proceed.
Earlier, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) had projected India’s growth rate to be 11.5 percent during 2021-22. According to the IMF, India was severely affected by the pandemic, but recovering from the shaking from the companies, activities are now started which will have a positive impact on the growth rate.

(इससे पहले अंतरराष्ट्रीय मुद्रा कोष (आईएमएफ) ने 2021-22 के दौरान भारत की विकास दर 11.5 प्रतिशत रहने का अनुमान जताया गया था| आईएमएफ के अनुसार, महामारी से भारत बुरी तरह प्रभावित हुआ, लेकिन कंपनियों से झटकों से उबरते हुए अब गतिविधियां शुरू रही हैं जिसका सकारात्मक असर विकास दर पर देखने को मिलेगा|)
