Bollywood Actor Rajiv Kapoor Passed Away
Recently, on February 9, Rajiv Kapoor, son of Bollywood actor and Raj Kapoor, died at the age of 58 due to a heart attack. Rajiv was born on 25 August 1962 in Mumbai.
Rajiv Kapoor made his acting debut with the 1983 film ‘Ek Jaan Hain Hum’ but Rajiv’s acting career did not last long. His film ‘Ram Teri Ganga Maili‘ (1985) was a tremendous hit on-screen, but due to this film, there was a rift between father Raj Kapoor and son Rajiv Kapoor. Even Rajiv Kapoor kept a distance during the funeral of father Raj Kapoor.
Some of his other memorable films include Asmaan (1984), Lover Boy (1985), Zabardast (1985) and Hum To Chale Pardes (1988), but soon Rajiv also came to be known as Chimpu, later he became the film Went into directing and producing.
