निकारागुआ ISA समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर करने वाला बना 87 वां देश
Recently the Republic of Nicaragua, the Central American country, became the 87th country to sign the International Solar Alliance Framework Agreement. The agreement was signed by Jamaée Hermida Castillo, Permanent Representative of Nicaragua to the United Nations on a permanent mission to the United Nations in New York.
(हाल ही में मध्य अमेरिकी देश निकारागुआ गणराज्य अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सौर गठबंधन (International Solar Alliance) फ्रेमवर्क समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर करने वाला 87 वां देश बना है। इस समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर संयुक्त राष्ट्र में निकारागुआ के स्थायी प्रतिनिधि जैमे हर्मिडा कैस्टिलो द्वारा न्यूयॉर्क में संयुक्त राष्ट्र के लिए भारत के स्थायी मिशन पर किए गए थे।)
About International Solar Alliance (ISA):
- The International Solar Alliance was inaugurated jointly by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and former French President Hollande at the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Paris in November 2015.
- This is a major global initiative for the implementation of the Paris Climate Agreement, which envisages rapid installation of solar power units.
- On 6 December 2017, the coalition became a treaty-based intergovernmental body.
