PM Modi inaugurates My Life My Yoga competition

A video blogging competition has been launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi titled “My Life My Yoga” (also known as Jeevan Yoga). The competition was launched by PM Modi during his monthly Mann Ki Baat address to the nation. The competition is a joint effort of the Ministry of AYUSH and the Indian Council for Cultural Relations.

The “My Life My Yoga” video blogging competition is a focus on the transforming impact of yoga on the lives of individuals and is aimed at raising awareness about yoga in people worldwide. Therefore, this competition is open to all participants around the world. Participants will be able to submit their entries through various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
The competition is open to all participants from all over the world. In order to enter the contest, participants are required to upload a 3-minute video video of a 3-minute yoga video (Kriya, Asana, Pranayama, Bandhan or Mudra), which includes short video messages / descriptions of how yogic exercises will take their lives.
