Coal India has signed memorandums of understanding with two Russian institutions for coking coal fields in the Russian Far East and the rest of the Arctic region. The first MoU, Russia’s Far Eastern Agency for Attracting Investments and Supporting Exports (FEAAISE), has signed a partnership with the institution, while the second MoU with the Eastern Mining Company (FEMC) of the Federation of the Russian Federation in the Russian Far East Mining Sector- Signed for discovery, identification, source, negotiation and consumption of dependent investment opportunities.
